• DoorDash order2nd time ordering fish and chips. The 1st time it was perfectly cooked golden brown, and crispy. Today the fish batter/bread was VERY soft and pale. It actually felt a little moist (pause) and the fish was falling apart when I picked up each piece. I would recommend when you order this platter, to ask for it to be fried a little more crispy.
