they forgot the cheese and then for this big burger we only got a little bit of lettuce two pieces of onion and 1 tomato slice not worth 16+ dollars

I was charged extra for extra mushrooms and extra for extra Swiss cheese. I got neither. I also requested lettuce, tomato, and onion. I didn't receive that either. Nor did I get any ranch dressing for my side salad.
