we got our food delivered on time if not earlier but the fries were cold as well as the rest of the food I got the homerun burger and it was super greasy I understand it was allot of meat but wow

cold fries, bland, burgers were tiny, only had 1 piece of bacon, his had no blur cheese on it, lettuce was old and limp, only 1 piece of lettuce on the burger, the onion had skin on it. Everything was terrible.

This is a virtual brand fulfilled by hooters and is worse probably than the chain's food itself and certainly overpriced. Our food was not prepared properly. None of the things we asked for, such as lettuce mayonnaise or tomato, were put on our food. my fries were not cooked all the way and didn't have the sauce I asked for. the sandwich was chewy because the bread was stale when they toasted it. the hamburger was tiny... the drink we ordered wasn't cold. we spent almost $40 getting food and it was terrible.
Doordarsh didn't care so we paid for horrible service and food despite being Dashpass members.
