I was disappointed with my steak. I ordered it to be cooked medium and it was actually medium well/close to well. Made the steak itself well overdone fo r my liking. There is a reason steaks are ordered to a customers preference. Disappointing.

I love ordering from here and never had an issue before but I ordered a 10oz steak and receieved a tiny steak :( fork for size reference

Ordered salmon, broccoli, noodle soup. Everything was good,as usual. My ONLY complaint is food arrives cold. Probably prepared before dasher picks it up and just sits getting colder til pick up. Is there some way to keep food warm until pick up?
