My sandwich only came with one tender. Im not sure if this was intended or not , however I got the Sand and 1 tender with fries combo. Flavors on the sand were fantastic. Breading is solid and flavorful. This is a breaded and dusted style tender which you would find typical at any REAL hot chicken place. I enjoy reasonably hot food and the middle of the road here didnt disappoint. I had 2 more levels and the tender I ordered one step higher leaving only the final heat to be tested later. I enjoyed the flavor of the extra spicy before the final 2 flavors. Fries are exactly par. Cheese sauce is the same from the baseball game. Chicken is the star here. If you like a batter fried and dusted hot chicken the price warrants the quality. Mertals cost more and does not boast as hot of chicken. Have not ordered a large order but would consider it. 6/10 Please consider my scale counts a 5 as par or agreeable. Middle of the road. Vida in Knoxville gets an 8.5 for me. The Kennedy gets an 8 Brass pearl 7.3 Hotbirds is some of the most solid hot chicken available in Knoxville.

It was good but the chicken was dry because of the seasoning driver was good. And the fries was good and the sauces was awesome dont recomend if u like ur chicken juicy and flavorful

The tenders themselves are flavorless and dry as could be. Its just a dry (dusted) heat with no flavor, just heat. I'll not be getting this place again
