I order from here probably once every 4 months. I always get the same thing. This particular order met the expectations I had for it. It was made quicker than usual. The staff is always polite. My only complaint is that the store could use stronger ventilation, I left with greasy food smell stuck to my clothes.

out of the cheddar broc soup so had to sub. that's fine. but the panini didn't even seem like it was pressed? it looked more like someone put the "cooked" marks on the top and simply pressed it down by hand. ordered plenty of times before. maybe today is just an off day for the shop

Food was cold and thrown all over containers. Looked like packaging issue not handling. Beef pieces in the chicken panini. Mac and cheese wasnt cheesy.

The food is always great, but this happened last Saturday: They mistakenly gave my order to wrong driver, I called, they said they'd remake the order and offered me a cookie for my troubles. I declined because things happen. Order was successfully delivered. With a $0 cost without my knowledge. Awesome way to do business.
