The oxtail and jerk chicken was delicious but the mac and cheese has carrots in it and no cheese. It's very strange!

I put an order in for pick up, and the time kept pushing back for over 30 to 45 mins. I called the store, and they said it was ready. When I arrived, the guy was microwaving my food, and the food was dry as ever and old, horrible!!!! Chicken was dried out!!
