Was hoping to find a new Indian place. This is NOT it. Everything was bland and dry as hell. Almost no meat per rice ratio, and every bite of meat was dryer than the last. Even the sauces were bland, so no help there

This was my first time trying india food and my experience with House of India was a wonder one. First of all when you enter the restaurant it smells like heaven on earth. The atmosphere is an added bonus! I ordered the Chicken Makhani (dark meat) aka butter chicken and it was delicious! The meat was so tender and the flavors and the spices of the sauce is like it's giving you a warm hug. Also the Garlic Naan is amazing!

So disappointed. Tandoori chicken is smothered in peppers, onions and broccoli. Lamb korma barely any meat, all sauce. Won't order again
