This restaurant never disappoints and these dishes knocked it out of the park. The pacheri Paccheri Nero, Baby Lettuces and Sea Wolf Sourdough with the pork spread were each and all outstanding. The Paccheri Nero is the perfect combination of an al dente pasta cooked to perfection, with a beautifully balanced spicy sauce and seafood added in to make the mouth come alive. The Baby Lettuces were wonderful, complimented perfectly by the pistachio vinaigrette dressing--a wonderful accompaniment to the pasta. And the bread--always a treat-tonight with the ever-fabulous garlic cloves, balsamic and olive oil now adding the pork infused spread on top...an absolute explosion on the palate. The seafood component aside, we had these dishes with a 2027 Cabernet Franc Belle Arte from Belie Fiore and it all rocked together. Fabulous meal to end a fasted day after a long walk together for my wife and I. Thank you again How to Cook a Wolf!

we got the bistecca for two. everything just tasted weird---too salty, too oily, etc etc. idk, nothing was like, "wow, this is delicious, definitely worth $100"
