The herb chicken was charred badly on the bottom. Also, the chicken looks nothing like the picture, it's the same chicken you get on a chick fila sandwich. The broccoli was cold with no seasoning.

Got The 8" The Goat pizza like usual, but this time there was no bacon and instead it had spinach and mushrooms. I'm not sure if they changed the recipe or if it was just made incorrectly this time. Will chalk this up as a rare miss by Howell's.

The worst 'smash' burger I've ever had. Definitely isnt the same as the photo shown. Very disappointed- especially for the price. We normally like everything from here so we expected better.
