As a East Coast transplant this is my favorite Chinese spot in LA. The food is always fresh, plentiful and delicious.
Everything on the menu is good-you have to try the orange/general chicken at least once. They also offer white meat options which is a major plus.

Food was surprisingly bland. Both fried rice and lo mein had no flavor. Had to add lots of soy and chili sauce to get taste. Giving 3 stars coz the preparation was good (noodle and rice were cooked well)

Everything Hoy's makes is 10/10! Favorites are the Orange Chicken, Crab Rangoon, and the Chow/Lo mein noodles! Side note: Elevate your experience and dine in!
