Myself and co-workers ordered several things. I had the Texas Deep Fried Catfish Basket with fries The catfish was crispy outside and nice and tender inside. It was great! The fries were dark like they have been soaking in oil or lard all day and very tasteless and not a bit fried. I also ordered a Texas Loaded Baked Potato It was hard like it had not been baked enough. My co-workers also had a problem with their fries. Considering there were 4 servings of potatoes in our order, to not enjoy them is not commendable. The service was wonderful, however! I asked for extra butter and tartar sauce, along with ketsup. They sent napkins and cutlery. For the fish, I would rate this a 5 star, but unfortunately anything potato was not very edible.

The chili rocks it's the perfect combo to the burger cooked to order but the real showstopper here is the country fries definitely a decadent treat so very much comfort food at its best
