the Classic Patty Melt didn't have mayo and was greasy the grits were hard and under cooked the 2 Biscuits & Gravy the biscuits weren't even done

the biscuits were not completely cooked and doughy with my eggs were way overcooked they're supposed to be over medium and they were fried hard everything was just plain and dull didn't even get my extra Bacon (3 Strips)

Food was packaged poorly and boxes were warped from sitting under heating lamps. Food was stone cold when it arrived. Looked like children's portions. Food tasted old and stale.
