Most amazing ranch dressing and Cheese Dip, Personal. The food was so delicious definitely one of the best chicken places !!

I have never had a bad experience with HG previously. this time, only about 20% of the chicken was actually to their normal standard. the rest was overcooked, tough, and stringy. the chips were soggy, and they didn't include my slaw with the drivers delivery. Normally, they are a 5+, not this time.

the fries are hard and brown taste like they been recooked never saw fries from there look so bad and the chicken I am not even eating because it taste like it's not fully cooked it's all slimy and the breading is just falling off of it
