The whopper/Cheese Value meals were nice and fresh.....very enjoyable and tasty! The chips were also fresh and tasty! Cappuccino for me.....most enjoyable!

normally the burgers are good. This night, the Whopper was just an over sized cheese burger without the cheese. A very disappointing burger. No excuse for the lack of attention to the burger construct especially when the customer is paying.

Dear Hungry Jack's Service Person, I did not get my sundae and was charged for it. The chips and burgers were just below lukewarm. I do not live far away. I do not usually complain about much, however, the last time I ordered Hungry Jack's I recall that I was not impressed. We can always hope for better. I think I will also write to Doordash and suggest that the Dasher carefully check the order before leaving the store. Cheers, Colleen
