Food was disgusting, burger buns were burnt, chicken patties were over cooked. The whole meals were terrible and could not eat it.

Preparation was slow, and they didn't include the Ketchup Packet x2, but everything else as expected; fresh, good temp etc. Happy kid receiving his lunch order!

Food was hot and fresh, Hungry Jacks called me to confirm they didn't have an item I ordered and replaced it with another item. Top service and care.
