Ordered a large family bundle and received a small with undercooked chips. Was also supposed to come with 4 drinks - none of which were received

i've ordered caramel-someting (sorry i do not remember the actual fancy name) with whipped cream and caramel topping. Got non of it... it is just a poor iced latte. Kinda disappointed. :( I wanted to try this exact thing, even spent 2extra dollars for it.

Nothing wrong with the food really but they never ever give ice in their drinks even when the option is selected
