Last few times orders have been correct except for today missing the medium chips but got a refund.

I can't believe i received everything in my order this time 😲 was very surprised in a good way but can i suggest to the restaurant next time don't put the chips with cheese sauce on the bottom of the bag and sit everything else on top as the cheese sauce ended up on the inner top of the chip box instead of on the chips.

cold overcooked old Thick Cut Chips cold undersalted Battered Onion Rings burnt rubbery 3 Jack's Fried Chicken Southern Style Tenders and sent sweet and sour sour instead of BBQ Plum Dipping Sauce and to top it all off it always takes 20-30minute for the order to leave to leave to store over all this Hungry jacks is by far one of the worst and slowest there is

Drinks arrived completely in tact and unspilled, they were clearly packaged with care which I really appreciated (there were 4 drinks but not photographed because people were hungry haha and the food smelled too good - and was yum as always btw), on a majorly tight budget so this was an affordable option to feed 3 people and was plenty of food for us, we shopped around for a good deal with free delivery because we have rent to pay and no groceries in the house at the momentI don't eat much myself but what I LOVED was the drinks selection, sugar free coke was no extra charge and I added bursties to mine but they didn't have it or couldn't add it for delivery but INSTEAD OF JUST PLAIN NOT ADDING THEM AND MAKING ME REFUND A DOLLAR THEY MADE IT A SIZE UP OR TWO, honestly whoever did that, thank you thank you thank you! I didn't mind at all when I realised there were no bursties because I was way too busy being happy about having more coke no sugar for free! (yes, the highlight of my week at the moment is when the food arrives haha, I don't get out much but I know so many people relate and are struggling to pay for the cost of living here right now, I almost had to move back to QLD so I am so grateful for anything that helps me stay living here and pursuing my dreams, hope everyone is doing okay and sending love to all those struggling out there! - Arrow

Meals are fine but don't bother ordering a milkshake from HJs as all you will get is a 3/4 cup full of solid gunk. Looks absolutely horrid and literally cannot be drunk through a straw.
