Whopper® Junior Cheese Value Meal food was just place in the delivery with no other bag to hold the burger and chips, other then that i enjoyed the fresh food

3rd time we have had items missing. multiple burgers one order it was all 5 large chips door dash refused to refund or redeliver.
happens too often , I understand places get busy but orders need to be checked better when packed.

bacon deluxe bacon was hard and inedible, burger was near tasteless,
chips were soggy and cold, hot chocolate was Luke warm

The plant based burger was excellent and delicious, the Texan bacon deluxe meal was a massive let down, there was no lettuce, no tomato or onion, it looked rushed and unappealing, I had to have a bite of my daughter's plant based burger to be somewhat satisfied, I would NEVER pay what I paid for again for the bacon deluxe Texan burger, so disappointed, and the cappuccino had no froth on top and the soy latte tasted as though it was watered down, onion rings were nice as were the chips, if you like your food cold🥴😟**
