I had the brisket deluxe received a Watery drink, Sloppy haphazardly packaged burger, at least the brisket was tender and the chips extra salted, very poor experience for the price. should have waited the extra 20 minutes for a real burger shop to deliver

The fries were a bit ordinary but the rest of it was top notch. Those 3 Jack's Fried Chicken Southern Style Tenders Large are just special. Coffee is excellent tday too. Mark off for ordinary fries.

Payed extra for a vanilla shake didn't get one, didnt get a straw, didn't get sauce, chips soggy and barely any chips. Also the coke I go instead of the medium shake i paid extra was 3/4 full in a small cup.
