Every time there is something left out. ordered and payed for tomato on my burger, but again NO tomato!! if you can't do the extras dont offer them as an option. Burger was very ordinary. The caramel fudge iced coffee on the other hand was easy 11/10.

the delivery and speed of Hungry Jacks and Doordash is great, and the burgers are usually put together nicely, but nearly every time I order from here, the drink lids aren't secured properly and half of my drink ends up leaking everywhere in the bag.

when I placed my order through doordash, it took over 10 minutes to be confirmed, so I called them up and they said they were waiting for a dasher to come collect my order, however my order was sitting ready to be picked up and because of this, they made the order fresh again for me
