Received a small cup with extramly melted ice cream. Paid for 2 toppings inside. Both were missing. Ice cream was more melted than a regular milk shake would be. to the point where the paper cup was soggy. Would not order again.

Received both items fully melted. Also added extra ingredients were not in it when it arrived. ingredients that I paid EXTRA for. it's like they just threw whatever in my cup & sent it out for delivery. horrible customer service.

I'm very appalled and disgusted with how wrong my order was, paying almost $50 in ice cream only to receive less than $20 worth of ice cream. I can understand missing a topping but missing a whole pint of ice cream that was custom made in unacceptable. Shame on you. They also gave me a Dave's hot chicken cup filled with ice cream, mind you that was supposed to be my 32oz pint. Second and last time ordering from here :(.
