I've given this place two chances. One was delivery, so I couldn't inherently blame the store. The second was pickup. In both cases, they have not been concrete by any sense of the word. It's more like soup.
Paying nearly $20 each, and they are quite disappointing.

ordered a butterfinger concrete expecting crushed butterfinger and thick ice cream , instead they put a whole butterfinger in very melted, warm ice cream that didnt taste good whatsoever. threw it in the trash.

The Strawberry Shake tasted very fake and gross and was the hottest pink ive ever seen, the Vanilla Shake was good, and the 20 oz Concrete seemed more like a shake but had good flavor.
