Extremely big portion of food so the cost per portion makes it worth it, general chicken is great burbon chicken could use more flavor.

The portion was large, but there was barely any sauce on the meat, so most of the chicken was very dry. I would have much rather had a smaller portion in exchange for sauce. I'd stick to eating Ichiban in person and not order to go.

Worse order ever and not finding a way to report. Have eaten in person there last week, and not too bad so what happened?? Very limited menu btw and they messed up 3 out of the 4 items. Broccoli and chicken had NO chicken, 2 orders cashew chicken had NO SAUCE, or cashews, the only thing right was the rice and the small portion of bourbon chicken. How can you eat cahsew chicken w/o the sauce folks. Hard pass.
