Our favorite. Always delicious, our order is always right. I even ask for my vegetables to be cooked medium with less oil and they accommodate every time. They never skimp on extra veggies when we ask for them in our rice or sesame chicken. At this point they know our order & us because it's the same order all these years- they throw in extra kids' chopsticks and sauces and we really appreciate it.

Sushi was not very good. The lady at the front was rude about giving me my order. Stopped helping me to help a customer that came in after me. Spent $62 on about 4 rolls and she was acting as if my order did not belong to me. Like how many people have the exact same order in the email confirmation I showed her, with the exact same name, for pick up at this exact time?

We have been ordering from Ichiban for years and it is always on point. The poke bowl is delicious and the Papa Bear Special roll is my go to... that spicy cilantro sauce is incredible!
Everything is good. Have had the hibachi many time and it is always really good as well.
Always fresh and as advertised. My go to Japanese restaurant in ptc.

Food was ok. Small portion for the amount spent. Lettuce in salad was rotten. Brown, slimy, made the salad inedible , rotten.
Not all of it, of course. But was clearly visible through the clear takeout container. I would have been embarrassed to serve it.

The food was absolutely tasteless! I ordered the Steak Hibachi Special and the House Fried Rice and there was ZERO salt, pepper or any seasoning on the meat or rice! I'm very disappointed! The portion size was good but for the price, I expected to actually enjoy the food. I WILL NOT be ordering from Ichiban again!
