The California Roll was delicious, fresh, and well formed. The Harumaki (2) was crispy and flavorful. The Edamame was tender and tasted great too! The packaging for delivery was perfect! They made sure things didnt crush each other in the containers and was free of spills. They threw in extra sauce which was nice. I will definitely order from here again!

Definitely the most substantial basic Spicy Salmon Roll i've ever had. Usually it's mostly rice with some slivers of meat, generously cut into 8 tiny pieces. But not this; 6 massive chonkers packed with meat and even avacado. Complete package includes chopsticks, napkins, a menu, dipping cup, and several soy sauce packets. The Godzilla Roll was delicious too. The food container was super easy to get into as well—much appreciated when famished.

I always love Ichiban! I've had them a few times now since they've opened, and I genuinely think they have the best sushi in town! The Ichiban Roll probably has to be my favorite, and it's no surprise it's good when it shares a name with the restaurant! I tried their Fried Calamari and it was so good! I've had some bad calamari at other restaurants, but the texture was perfect! As for the Spicy Salmon Roll I usually do the spicy California roll, but wanted to try something new. It was pretty good, and if you want a cheaper roll with some flavor, either the salmon or California rolls are a great option!

The Goza: I love these, and had high expectations. I was not disappointed. . Same with the Crab Ragoons. Excellent.
But the Black Pepper Ahi Tuna stole the show. This slightly seered Tuna, sliced delicately thin, put me in the mind of my first ever bite of sashimi, in Hawaii, for my 25th wedding anniversary. It was that fresh, that flavorful and that delicious.

The quantity of four rolls provided was insufficient and disappointing. The cost of $32 was excessive, considering the need to purchase food from another establishment. This experience was unsatisfactory.
