The spice of the broth was warm but not hot. Hints of sweet. I ordered an extra broth just to have for later. The 3 shrimp were tender. Everything was good especially for this cold 30 degree night I ordered the seaweed because I love it.

Char Siu ramen bowl was amazing! The broth is so flavorful and the noodles are perfectly made. Chicken Kara Age appetizer is great as well. Definitely my new number one spot.

I feel like this ramen did not have much to it. It was just pork and noodles but the menu says more comes in it. The noodles were also undercooked. Overall- save your money and order from somewhere else!
