The ihop in ABG has horrible wait times and the food is low quality. I received bacon it no meat and in a pool of grease. Arrived cold but poor quality. Very cheap portions on sampler meal.

I am a long time customer at jenkintown ihop. I enjoy eating there but delivery has been problematic over the past five times. each time there has been a problem getting the correct items with some there and some absent. last night I ordered eggs benedict. they arrived without the hollandaise sauce. on other occasions items would be missing or substituted with something I did not ask for. I think the problem lies in the speed that they operate under. they are not checking their orders thoroughly enough to make sure that what is being ordered is correct before they give it to doordash. in regards to doordash, their pickups and deliveries have been fine. therefore, the problem seems to be in whatever staff is supposed to check the orders before they're given to doordash.

Super lazy, straight up scammed me out of my money. I ordered the Chicken Biscuit Sandwich and Mexican Tres Leches Pancakes. The Chicken Biscuit Sandwich had absolutely nothing but chicken on the biscuit, no toppings, nothing. Tiny handful of fries on the side. Looked nothing like the picture, abolutely not worth over $17 (!!!!!). The Mexican Tres Leches Pancakes were literally just 4 plain pancakes. Again, nowhere near worth the money. I ordered late at night. They're open 24hrs but I guess the staff didn't feel like actually making the food.
