The food was hot, fresh, and well packaged. The pancakes were fluffy and tender. Bacon was cooked perfectly (crispy, not too floppy and not burnt) I stopped ordering for a while because I didn't see the option for family meals. Cracker Barrel opens too late and the pancakes were very tough the last time I ordered from there. Switching back to IHOP based on today's order! Very pleased.

Didnt receive the order correctly. They did not include the Thick n Thick ‘N Fluffy Lemon Ricotta Blueberry French Toast sent two plain crepes instead. The lemon ricotta Crepe Combo was only one crepe with barely any filling and the Hash Browns were not cooked crispy as requested. Not worth the price at all. Def need to step up there take out to/go game.

Missing my $5 Diet Pepsi which I could have looked past if my $21 Build Your Own Omelette+ could have been eaten.... It didn't come with the salsa I selected & has a TON of uncooked chopped onions (I didn't ask for onions because I don't like them)... Such a bummer! My son isn't a breakfast person period and even something as simple as the Jr. Chicken Strips Dinner, looked like a school lunch. You're better than this IHOP! On a positive note, fruit cup was fresh & tasty!

I ordered the pot roast with a salad, ranch dressing, and green beans. The salad and dressing are missing from the order. The green beans are very over cooked. The gravy is half of what a customer receives in the store.
