Quesadilla is delicious - fresh ingredients, very flavorful. Queso and salsa are ridiculous good! Excellent price as well.

I ordered a quesadilla it had little to no cheese. Like how can you be that incompetent? It had like 6 pieces of shredded cheese. Pathetic. This location is so subpar compared to the colfax location. The colfax store never misses and has kind employees. I thought I would give this store another shot but yet again it's worse than before.

I ordered a Burrito Bowl with barbacoa, black olives, pinto beans, quaq, queso /half pork green chili. It had just enough kick to be very good but not overpowering (I'm a medium heat salsa person.). I see more Illegal Pete's in my future.
