Amazing Shoyu Ramen! The broth is hot and salty, the pork belly was cooked to perfection, the seaweed was still crispy, and the baby corn was a nice addition. Never had that before. I also appreciate the options for rice noodles if youre allgeric to gluten like me.

I am such a picky eater when it comes to food in the US. IMA is consistently good. I don't live close so I pay a lot for delivery and every single time it's worth it. The one critique I have is that the shrimp and scallion dumpling dough is a bit too thick and light on filling, but everything considered? Great, great food!! Compliments to the Chef's.
