The Egg Sandwich with Taylor Ham & Cheese is such a staple of any breakfast restaurant and they make the best in town! They've recently changed the recipe to the French Toast (3) and it's drastically improved on a great recipe! Love this place will continue ordering for sure!

There was once a time where the bistro had the best Burrito in town, sadly that time has passed for us. The Burrito was drenched with sour cream, overpowering the whole thing. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich had way too much mayo. Finally the Fried Yuca was undercooked. This is our last order from the Bistro.

Egg Sandwich and Daily Special were great. Well done. Skip the Smoothies/Shakes - disappointing and watered down. Mostly crushed ice.

The Burrito is the best in town. Yuka is crispy but not oily or over seasoned. Grilled Chicken Sandwich is pretty standard, but good. Overall excellent place to grab a bite.

Delicious flavorful burger and the yucca fries are very satisfying, not soggy, not breaded.
