Great food as usual from Cloud Chef, with one exception. I loved the Dahi Bhalla - Akshay Purohit - The dish came with pomegranate kernels in the dahi bhalle and separate container of sev topping. Vadas could have been softer but overall good quantity and I liked the taste as well. The Dadar Vada Pav - Mystery Creator was the winner for me, out of all the items I ordered. The aloo vada was crispy outside and soft inside, and pav was soft, thecha & green chutney were also perfect and really flavorful, just hit the spot for me. Definitely a very delicious classic Bombay Vada pav. The Multani Moth Dal Kachori - Sherry Metha was also pretty good - 3 small kachoris with separate containers for green chutney, mithi (sweet) tamarind chutney, and sev, as well as moth daal. Daal was simple, but good combo with kachori & chutneys, and the overall combination worked very well and tasted good. I appreciated that the chutneys were provided separately, because I do not enjoy the meethi chutney, so I had the option to not use it. The only dish I didn't enjoy was TZac’s Fried Chicken - Thomas Zacharias. It was supposed to be moist and flavorful fried chicken. It turned out to be dry-looking small pieces of fried chicken, with not much flavor, and the fried coating itself appeared very dark in colour, as if it had gotten burnt by accident, or had been fried twice. Either way, chicken didn't taste good and was very dry. The accompanying chutney was a green coconut chutney, and that was so-so, also lacking in flavor. Fried curry leaves scattered in the dish were the only good thing about this item. Would never order this again. I really hope someone made a mistake in the kitchen, and this is not what the dish is supposed to be. If I was Chef Zacharias, I wouldn't want this served under my name. Still, CloudChef knocked it out of the park with 3 great dishes, and I'm looking forward to ordering from them again.
