Their food was superior. I had an Americana which was good but hard to mess up. If you want more than just a prepackaged snack with your favorite coffee this is the place to go. star who??

Ordered bacon, egg and cheese Bagel Sandwich bread was very hard couldn't really eat it. Also ordered Bagel with Cream Cheese and bread also was tough and they did not even spread the cream cheese on the bagel but giving 2 cream cheese packets on the side. 1 star

My coffee was very bitter and could not drink it. The sandwich was not done on the bagel I had asked for and it was done on two bottom parts of the bagel which tasted very stale. This is the first time I have received bad food from Insomonia, it is usually very fresh

Dasher was great! But the two Aztec Mochas I ordered were the worst ive gotten from here. They both tasted burnt and were not drinkable. I took maybe a sip or two and then threw them away. It was definitely a dissapointment because they are usually great!
