• DoorDash orderI usually order from insomnia, the cookie box was not taped closed to keep freshness as it usually is. the cookies seemed to have bites you can definitely tell the difference from broken cookies and bites, they were also hard and stale. Cookies were not fresh very disappointing. I order insomnia cookies about 3 to 4 times a week. This was very disappointing and different from usual service.
