• DoorDash orderHow lucky to find cookies that actually tasted homemade. The Snickerdoodles were lovely, buttery indulgences. The Triple Chocolate cookie took me 3 days to eat. It was rich and delicious.

Instead of just processing my order, they went above and beyond by taking the time to personally call me to double-check everything. It's rare to find such attention to detail and genuine care in today's world, and Insomnia Cookies exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for scrumptious treats and outstanding service!

• DoorDash orderThe review is for the "self delivery" done by the store. I've ordered hundreds of dollars of cookies a week for work over the past 30 days and a minimum of two orders each week never show. I tried to order a personal order for $30 of cookies, it also never showed and I waited for 90 minutes because the app does not update with "merchant self delivery".
RECCOMENDATION: Pick up only. Cookies are good.

• DoorDash orderTook an hour and 20 minutes to get me 6 cold and tiny cookies. They use a private courier so I didn't get any notifications, driver just showed up late. This place is 10 minutes away from me. What took so long? Why is everything so overpriced? Would never recommend to anyone.
