The prime rib Smoked Prime Rib Sandwich was amazing! The meat was so tender and juicy, and the au jus was savory and salary. The BBQ aoli adds some sweet tang to it too. Definitely recommend !

Food was overall not-good . Brisket was try, sausage was burnt. Ribs were okay, burbarely had any meat on them. I'll never order from there again.

Combo Plate got ribs and jalapeño cheddar sausage-delicious but the ribs were dry but the sauce made them better. The bbq sauce is perfect acidity for both ribs and chicken. The chicken is good by itself too. The Mac and cheese is good, must have been way fresh because it was a lil watery but still tasted good. The cob salad was delicious, maybe should've added onions and the ranch is very delicious-they most likely make it in house. Burnt End Quesoi did with burnt ends because it's too much meat going on in there. I would've loved some pico de galo or salsa to go with. Overall it's worth it. I've got my meals for a couple days lunch and dinner. Thank you chef!
