The Iron Mac was very good, but it was loaded with bacon, cheddar cheese and pickles and was actually more than I could eat. That's probably not going to be a problem for most people but I should have stopped halfway through. It's not a complaint, it's just an observation. The food here is always delicious and top quality.

The BLT was fresh and tasty but the side "salad" consisted of mixed greens, 1 small cucumber slice and
1 small grape tomato. Even for a side salad, that barely qualifies. Come on, Iron Town; your prices and business volume should allow you to give better value for what you charge.

The potatoes were mostly onions and very few potatoes. The sausage was spicy so not great. The omelette was good. Too expensive for what I got though.

The classic BLT was exactly what I wanted: plenty of delicious bacon, ripe tomatoes, and crisp iceberg lettuce on grilled scali bread. A delicious, light lunch that was very satisfying.

Last few times I have eaten at the store or ordered at home the quality has been inconsistent and not very flavorful. You shoud see my strawberry pancakes one has no strawberries and is it is like eating a hockey puck with or a pancake that was cooked yesterday. Even my eggs weren't that flavorful this keeps happening since new ownership.
