Mark and Paul developed Island Fin Poke in 2016.
Mark had recently moved his family to Orlando to take over as General Manager of the I Drive branch, and Paul was his bartender.

This is one of the best places to eat in Steele Creek. The staff is phenomenal, the food is incredible, and the Dole Soft Serve will keep you coming back week after week!

Unfortunately, I found the food to be lacking in flavor other than the Korean BBQ Chicken. Couldn't taste the Ponzu sauce (not sure it was even added). Also, found the topping to be lacking as well, very little corn, edamame and maybe 5 little slices of cucumber. For the 6 Build Your Own Bowl (6 Scoops of Protein) to be $23, I was not impressed.

This is the worst poke bowl I've ever had. The flavor is bland and the Build Your Own Bowl (6 Scoops of Protein) has very little protein. Not worth the $22

Underwhelming with amount of vegetables , missing the mango. It was more like a side salad with tofu. Tasted good, but lacking decent portion and more vegetables . The Dole Whip raspberry was tasty.

3 scoops? More like 6 pieces. Worst portions of any poke place I've ever had. For the price, not worth the serving unfortunately.
