The smoothie bowls from Island Cafe are so excellent and the fruit is always super fresh! I also like the blue lotus energy drinks and the protein iced coffee but the smoothie bowl is the star!

Ive gotten a dragon bowl and basic 16 oz. Basic Beach in the past, LOVED THEM. my fault for getting cocao nibs and bee pollen, not so great but thats just how they are supposed to taste. I get nutella with every bowl and it makes a nice layer that you can break into. But I wouldnt recommend the BYO Smoothie, it just wasnt my favorite. Avocado in my smoothie wasn't great either, but avocado is a a hard ingredient to buy while the avocado is fresh.
