• DoorDash orderI really do like Islands for its more generous portions and quality food, BUT you would think they would want to protect that with their deliveries. The tortilla chip bag was unsealed and left open for anything to fly or crawl into it. And the bag the food was delivered in was not sealed either.

• DoorDash orderGreat food choices Like that these chicken sandwiches were real chicken breast and not that processed type at other places . fries and tempura green beans were perfectly crisped and tender in the inside large portions. Thank you.

• DoorDash orderThe soup was delicious but the family meal was to include chips, guacamole and salsa. No chips and no salsa were sent. Also, the soup normally has diced avocado as a garnish, instead of sending diced avocado they sent a WHOLE avocado!
This was not a difficult order. Do better Islands.

• DoorDash orderThe cheddar fries had no scallions on them, they arrived hard and cold. The Big wave had a soggy bun and also cold. The onion rings were the only thing I could eat and I spent $40! Ridiculous!

• DoorDash orderBoth orders were old and gross. We order there all the time and this time was extremely disappointing. Tomatoes were old, lettuce was brown, fries were soggy. Really disgusting. We had to throw them away because we did not want to get sick from old food.
