I used to order from here weekly because its so good, the food is still good but both quality and quantity have gone down. they used to pile up the fries and last time i ordered i got a handful of rock hard fries, defi could be because i ordered really close to closing. Overall food is good, i recommend trying the honey chipotle flavor if you havent already, its amazing. one time i ordered a sprite and it was just the seltzer water without the sprite flavoring whic was disappointing but oh well, things happen. overall a good place to order from. affordable.

The boneless wings seem to have gone downhill in quality pretty badly... I've been ordering from here ever since they opened and it started out great, but the chicken seems cheap and the breading is totally inconsistent. They don't give you enough ranch in the cups anymore. Not sure I'll bother with Its Just Wings again, unfortunately.

normally I love ordering from here but tonight was a serious let down. most of the chicken bites were dry and nearly impossible to bite through let alone chew. the prices went up but quality went down and I am so disappointed.

So, so bad. This restaurant is inside a Chili' s. The wings were dry. The buffalo sauce was UNDER the chicken, not over it, and it looked like just a couple of teaspoons worth. The fries tasted like they were cooked the day before. Why, oh why, did I waste my money coming here? I could barely eat more than two wings. It was so bad.
