Breakfast is served daily 7:30 am - 11 am Monday thru Friday and 7:30 am - 12 pm on Saturday. Omelettes include two slices of toasted French bread and your choice of fresh cooked spinach, cottage potatoes topped with sour cream and green onions, or hash browns. We will scramble any omelette on request. Omelettes are made with 3 fresh Eggs. Egg whites are available on request for an extra charge. Cowboy Up! add a biscuit & gravy for $3.75 to any Omelette.
