• DoorDash orderPerfect as always! This place never lets you down! Already submitted pic of my favorite, the pho, did I order 2 more tonight! so this time sharing Pork Vermicelli ! As gorgeous as it is yummy :) did a before and after picture so people can see how packaged- leaves room for customization for amount of sauce etc which is very nice.

• DoorDash orderAlways perfect! And the best most authentic pho in Roanoke, healthiest I've found too & I've tried them all. Have now had the chicken pho with chicken broth and beef broth and beef with beef broth under Create Your Own . They so kindly added extra jalapeños on request when I need the extra spice for Covid recovery too. Great food, kind people. Couldn't recommend more highly.

• DoorDash orderThere is nothing more soothing & cozy on chilly nights than Create Your Own pho! Best I've found & I pho everywhere I go :) High quality food & ingredients for those wanting the real, medicinal pho experience & not just another greasy icky knockoff. & as if the food quality & quantity weren't enough, the owners are the kindest most thoughtful people ever! They go above & beyond to make you feel special & not like just another random customer.
If you're looking for some side fun the Shrimp Spring Rolls are a light, fresh but filling fun addition. Got to try boba tea this time too & so yum!!! I'd had a friend order it once in a past order & provide the stellar review for it. Now I understand all the fuss, a unique fun twist to tea & so many flavor choices I can't wait to try them all!

• DoorDash orderBest restaurant in Roanoke/new river valley hands down. And as for pho places, best I've had anywhere. Customizable, ingredients separated so as much or as little of each as you want, so fresh and broth not full of lard like so many places. I can't sing their praises enough!

• DoorDash orderCreate Your Own was delicious. My first time ordering from here and was not disappointed. Beef broth is tasty, noodles not overcooked. Fresh sprouts, lime, jalapeños and fresh basil in separate bag, hot sauce in separate container. Rib eye(?) portion was generous and meatballs were good. Overall, a delicious meal. The Thai Tea was very good, as well. I appreciate the sealed cup and the stickers around the bag handles. That added touch means a lot!
