I'm not a ramen expert but I have tried more ramen places than the average person. The Tonkotsu Ramen is hands down the best I've ever had. The flavors, textures, and portions are absolutely perfect. So happy that I can get this ramen in Brooklyn now!

The Crispy Eggplant was delicious - lightly crisped on the outside, soft on the inside, and so well paired with the tahini. The Tokyo Shoyu Ramen was also really yummy - very umami / salty, with tender pork belly, and a jammy egg. Perfect! And the Triple Pork Triple Garlic Mazemen was even better, the noodles were imbibed with such rich flavor!

Tonkotsu Ramen is so rich and delicious! plenty of meat and the noodles were the perfect texture.

Delicious. It's always a little tricky to get ramen delivered from any restaurant bc of the temperature, but the noodle texture was fantastic and after zapping the broth in the microwave for a min, I poured it in to make a perfect bowl. Egg yolk on the runnier side (felt like a deliberate choice, so up to you whether that aligns with your preference)
Eggplant also super yummy---full crispness didn't survive the trip but that was to be expected given physics/reality. Still slightly crispy, and the soft texture and sauce were fantastic.

I had high hopes because it was so expensive, but I was really let down. It was so oily the soup was essentially just oil ad hardly any broth. The meat also tasted strange. It was overll an expensive and disappointing experience.
