Sizzling fajitas (fa-hee-tas) prepared in the traditional cooking style handed down for generations in Mexico. Today this method has been refined and perfected by our chefs. Served with guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, choice of beans, rice, and hot tortillas – to be eaten like a taco. Choose nopales instead of bell pepper and add margarita style!
All combinations are served with rice and whole or refried beans. Enchiladas, tacos, tostadas chalupas, and sopitas are available with choice of ground beef, shredded beef, chicken, or cheese. All items must be on the same plate.
