Steak & Cheese Philly was horrible,tiny, and not worth the price same for the Buffalo Chicken Tenders & Fries. I will NEVER order from them again!

Horr experience!!! It was late night. Business was not crowded. However, it took 30 min to pickup an order that was already ready and paid for. Very unorganized. Managers and other staff sitting around not helping. Wings were DRY with little to no sauce. And fries were skimpy and not good quality. By far the worst JR experience ever.

My fish and fries were cold, the fries were undercooked and there was no season on any of it. This was very bland and cold $25 2pc of fish and fries. Also I was missing the coleslaw.
