Good meal, quite big too. Was full before finishing. Came with more stuff than I was expecting, the tub of sauce and soup in a separate bowl. Lots of meat.

The dishes are amazing, however they are extremely spicy.
I do not have a very high tolerance of spicy food, so I chose not to order a spicy dish. My mouth is on fire.
I still enjoyed the food, the meat is incredible and the broth is delicious but again the P8. Mixed Meat Pho was VERY spicy..
I tried my partners C8. Mixed Meat Spicy Beef BBH and could not handle a single mouthful. He, however, is absolutely loving the entire experience.

I think it is the best pho in Hobart. And all staffs are very nice and kind. Try it if you love pho.

The charsiu pork was extremely dry and rubbery, with a significant portion turning black. Unfortunately, it seemed like it might have been leftover from the previous day.
