One of my favorite local restaurants! Out of all the places I've tried, Jack's has the best Tri-Tip Sandwich IMHO! Their Sidewinders Side are also insanely tasty. I've never had a bad experience with Jack's.

Good food & portions. Easy online ordering & pickup. However, there should be a way of leaving notes when ordering online (no onions, extra sauce, etc).

The fish tastes fishy, the batter is bland, the fries are not good and the apple crisp has a plastic taste. I am very unhappy with my food and hate the it was so expensive. I'm having to go out and order a completely different meal from another place so that I can eat tonight.
