this location is the best, they always get the order right and never forget to include the dipping sauce!

this is THE BEST Jack-in-the-crack location in the downtown area! they ALWAYS remember to give you the sauces you order. whoever the boss is here needs to go to the downtown to the live oak store and teach them how to read a ticket

they always forget to give me the food I ordered and always further my sauce. chicken strips are overcooked and dry and no ranch to make it better. ordered 4 tacos, got 2. do better

I was 16 and a newly licensed driver when my love affair with Jack in the Box began. That was over 40 years ago. Today was the FIRST time the food was beyond disgusting. On top of getting old, re-cooked FF ( to give the impression they are fresh -NOT), but some of the FF at bottom of the baggie had ketchup and looked half eaten. The Cluck sandwich was so hard, dried out and old and drowned in the sauce - but i opted for NO SAUCE. When tried to take a bite, I thought ibroke a tooth.
But the big upset were the tacos - my fav - the taco meat looked like crumbs scraped off the grill into the grease / food trap.
I threw all of these in the trash. I realize that in 40+ years and many JITB locations, for this to be my FIRST HORRIBLE time will not cause a breakup, but dont push it!
